Welcome to Haus of Grit, LLC. By using our hosting and support services, you agree to the following terms. If you don’t agree, do not use our services.

1. Service Overview

We provide website hosting, WordPress maintenance, and support services for business clients. Services include, but are not limited to, secure hosting, backups, plugin updates, and basic support.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of your billing and contact information

• Any activity occurring under your hosting account

• Not sharing login credentials without authorization

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use our hosting services to:

• Store or distribute unlawful, abusive, or malicious content

• Engage in hacking, phishing, or spamming

• Violate any laws or third-party rights

Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

4. Support

Our hosting plans include up to 1 hour of basic support per month. Additional support is billed at $75/hour with your prior approval.

5. Payments & Cancellations

• Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month. Late payments may result in service suspension.

• Yearly prepaid plans receive a 10% discount and are non-refundable unless we breach the agreement.

• You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Loss of profits or business interruption

• Data loss outside of our backup window

• Security breaches caused by third-party tools or client negligence

Our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the last 30 days.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. You’ll be notified of material changes via email or on our website.

8. Governing Law
